I love bringing people together. I design and host events in which groups can build trust, learn from each other and let collective intelligence emerge to prototype solutions to some of our most pressing challenges. I enjoy working both offline and online.
I am trained in the Art of Hosting and Harvesting Meaningful Conversations, I am a certified Collective Leadership Specialist and Offers and Needs Market facilitator. I am a huge fan of peer-led learning approaches as developed by Huddlcraft about which I have written here.
Besides, I enjoy using creative an embodied methods from Social Presencing Theatre, The Work That Reconnects and Non Violent Communication. Workshops and trainings I have facilitated include The Art of Leading Collectively for the Collective Leadership Institute, a 4D Mapping of mobility justice at the IAA (international automobile fair), Offers and Needs Markets for various networks including the BMW foundation, an art residency around the theme of decolonising technology, the opening & closing ceremonies of Pura Vida festival, a year long seasonal learning journey together with the CitizensLab and the peer-led 4 month long Berlin Learning Marathon "Unlearn.Rewild.Remember".
